Legacy Gift - Planned Giving
Together, we’ve been helping survivors of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault understand that “Love Should Never Hurt”. Let your legacy be one of love for survivors with a planned gift to Quigley House.
There are a variety of ways to make a Legacy Gift. Please speak with your financial advisor to help choose your gift to fulfill personal, philanthropic, or financial goals.
-
You can name Quigley House as the payable-on-death beneficiary of your accounts. The assets will pass directly to us without going through probate.
-
You can make provisions in your will or revocable living trust to benefit Quigley House. There are many ways, but these are the most common:
A percentage of your estate or a specified sum.
-
Is there a policy you no longer need? You can donate to Quigley House or name us as a beneficiary.
-
A donation of real estate is a very special gift which may have a beneficial tax outcome.
-
Tax laws often subject retirement plan or IRA assets to the highest income tax when paid to a loved one. Sometimes leaving these assets to charity may be a more viable estate planning option.
