IFP Project
“IFP” stands for Injunction for Protection. Our In-house Paralegal and Our Florida Bar-licensed IFP attorney is providing injunction representations. They work together to assist with the Injunction process from start to finish. From filing the paperwork to representing you in an injunction proceeding.

Court Advocacy
Our court advocates help with resources, referrals, safety planning and accompanying survivors to injunction hearings.
Our office helps with 4 out of 5 injunctions for protection.

You can request a court advocate by calling our 24-hour crisis helpline at 904-284-0061. They will be able to assist with providing resources within the community and to various legal resources in or around Clay County. They are also able to provide referrals to our IFP Paralegal and Attorney.
